Royal Morubisi consists of Founders Lodge and River Lodge. At Founders lodge there are various rooms types, 8 in total, including luxury suites, a safari suit and Leopard house, which includes 2 bedrooms, comfortable lounge, dining rea, private patio and plunge pool. Facilities include outdoor dining, magnificent gardens, swimming pool. River lodge is located along the Mokolo River and offers 10 luxury rooms, each with spectacular views of the river. Facilities here include a pool, spa, bar, firepit, viewing deck and boma.
Activities include sunrise & sunset safari game drives, the Mokolo River Boat Cruise, bush walks, ancient rock art & heritage tour and fishing. The reserve is a protected area with critical biodiversity 1 classification and a core part of the Waterberg Biosphere Reserve. the Mokolo River, winds it way through the reserve and have left behind breathtaking views of cliffs, rocky ravines, waterfalls and sandy beaches. Although the reserve offers the big 5, the game drives focus on the unique area, spectacular birds, and a wide range of wildlife. Kaingo is also home to several endangered & rare species including Cheetah, Brown Hyena, Rhino & Pangolin. Rich in history, there is over 15 rock art sites in the area.
